Wineries
We are one of the smaller wineries in Rutherglen, but we boast a large range of wines.
Our wines are available from our Cellar door in Rutherglen in North East Victoria.
You can taste the passion of four generations of winemaking tradition in every glass of Buller wine.
Our Calliope vineyard in Rutherglen was founded in 1921 and is today the site of our cellar door, head office and the home of family matriarch, Valerie Buller.
Campbells winery and vineyards are situated in the historic Rutherglen Wine Region of North East Victoria.
Brothers Malcolm and Colin are the fourth generation to carry on the Campbell tradition started by their great grandfather John Campbell in Rutherglen in 1870. Together with their wives Jenny and Prue, they have forged a strong reputation for Campbells as a benchmark Rutherglen wine producer.
Cofield Wines is a boutique, family owned and operated winery located in the heart of the Rutherglen wine district. The Cofield family have been treading the vineyards of Rutherglen for over 100 years.
Now second generation winemaker Damien Cofield is at the helm and has a renewed focus on producing a range of top quality wines that are packed full of flavour, ready for your drinking enjoyment.
Specialising in Sparkling wines made using the Methode Traditionelle process, they also offer a wide variety of regional whites, Rutherglen reds, sweet and dessert wines made from premium grapes from across the region.
Easily accessible from the Rail Trail and local horse trails, Cofield Wines is a great venue to relax on the lawns, enjoy lunch at The Pickled Sisters café or utilise the free BBQ & picnic facilities. It’s a great place to enjoy a lazy afternoon.
In 2011 Ross & Meghan purchased Gooramadda vineyard (ironically very close to John's birth place). We transformed the historic heritage listed shed on the property into a Cellar Door.
The Cellar door has modern facilities and is very family friendly.

Jones Winery & Vineyard was first established in 1860 and was acquired by the Jones family in 1927. The winery has been owned and operated by the Jones family ever since. Successive generations have preserved entire blocks of old vine making the winery one of only a few in Australia to produce wine from vines planted more than 100 years ago. The wines are crafted by Arthur Jones and his sister Mandy Jones, who brings 14 years of wine making expertise from her work in the Bordeaux region of France. Together they produce a range of boutique wines from the ground up!
Our cellar door offers visitors ‘real and genuine’ experiences in wine and service. The charming heritage listed sales area is built from handmade bricks with an original bark-lined roof. Jones Café serves food themed on those wonderful simple dishes found in french cafés. Using local ingredients and depending on the season we serve dishes such as boeuf bourgignon, croque monsieur and chicken and tarragon salad. The café offers you the chance to relax and enjoy our wines accompanied by a classic food prepared by chef Kate Akrap. Open for morning tea, lunch and late afternoon coffees on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Lake Moodemere Vineyards is owned and operated by sixth generation winemaker, Michael Chambers and his wife, Belinda. The select range of Estate Wines is produced with fruit from our 'Lakeside' vineyard, established in 1886. The range includes the legendary "refreshing yet decadent" Biancone, and the Shiraz and Cinsaut hand crafted from vine to bottle working together in good humour.
The rich heritage of Morris Wines is evident in the wines produced. A testament to strong family routes and tradition, have created wines that span generations and are a reflection of the families commitment. Pfeiffer Wines a family owned and operated winery, located within historic Rutherglen - a region with a rich wine heritage, spanning over 150 years.
Our historic winery cellars, and our century old Sunday Creek bridge are situated in an idyllic setting on the banks of Sunday Creek, an anabranch of the mighty Murray River.

Scion is a small, premium producer established in the historic Rutherglen wine region, North East Victoria. Visit our cellar door, be guided through our tiny winery and enjoy our award-winning wines. We specialize in catering for small groups, couples and those seeking a relaxed yet personal wine experience. Tastings are generally hosted by either our winemaker or viticulturalist.
Our wines are hand made on our property with a focus on quality, not quantity. Our low-yielding vineyard flanks the driveway giving a sense of season and connection with our wine. Cellar door is set within a quintessential Australian country setting and with prior notice can offer cheese boxes for couples to enjoy. We are cyclist-friendly and located only 2km south of the Rutherglen township. We are open 7 days 10am-5pm.

The Stanton and Killeen family has been making full bodied, robust reds and luscious muscats, tokays and vintage fortifieds for more than 100 years and take great pride in sharing their wines with you. Set amongst beautifully landscaped grounds, featuring shady trees and native gardens the winery complex incorporates historic buildings combined with the air conditioned comfort of our modern cellar door. Valhalla Wines is a passionate boutique wine producer making handcrafted, premium, individual wines. There are wines and then there are Warrabilla Wines. Whilst it is true to say there is nothing unique about wine, every winery has something unique about it, but Warrabilla is one out of the box. What makes Warrabilla Wines unique is their unapologetic approach to flavour, all red wines and some white wines are made full bodied and fruit driven and quite often high in alcohol, which comes as a result of using fruit that is picked ripe from low cropped vines.
Warrabilla Wines was established in 1991 by Andrew Sutherland Smith. Andrew is a fifth generation wine maker to Rutherglen, whose family owned the famous All Saints Winery from 1864 to 1988.
Watchbox Wines is located in Rutherglen in North-East Victoria's Legends, Wine & High Country.
The Wicked Virgin is a small family vineyard and olive grove established by John and Laurel Nowacki in 1999. Situated down a sweeping hill towards Rutherglen in North East Victoria, The Wicked Virgin invites visitors to share John and Laurel's passion for good food created from fresh produce, complemented by their excellent Wicked Virgin Extra Virgin Olive Oil and boutique Calico Town Wines.
